Terms of Service

MoversNearMe.ai is an online directory and matching platform that helps people in Canada compare moving, storage, and delivery companies. We surface listings, ratings, and quotes — we are not a moving company and we do not perform moves ourselves.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

Some features (saved searches, claiming a business, dashboards) require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Moving companies that appear on the Service are independent third parties. We do our best to verify credentials, but we do not employ, supervise, or guarantee any mover's work, pricing, insurance, timing, or outcomes. Any contract for a move is solely between you and the mover.

When you request a quote or submit an inquiry, we may share your contact details and move information with matched movers so they can respond. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

Our AI assistant Milo helps you get answers, recommendations, and quote suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — always confirm important details directly with the mover before booking or paying.

• Don't submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• Don't post reviews you didn't write or that violate someone's rights.
• Don't use the Service for anything illegal.

You keep ownership of content you submit (such as reviews or business profile info), and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote it on the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

If you claim a business, you confirm you are authorized to represent it. You are responsible for keeping listing information accurate and for honouring any quotes or offers you publish.

Browsing and quote requests are free for consumers. Some features for movers (premium placement, lead packages, subscriptions) are paid and governed by the plan you select at checkout.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoversNearMe.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or from any move performed by a third-party mover.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada.
