  I had a great experience setting up my storage unit at SmartStop Self Storage. Melisa was absolutely instrumental throughout the process. She took the time to walk me through the facility, answer all my questions, and make sure I found the right unit for my needs. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Lorie was also wonderful to deal with. She was warm, welcoming, and shared helpful insights and anecdotes that made the entire experience feel much more personal and comfortable. Both Melisa and Lorie were accommodating, friendly, and clear in explaining everything. What could have been a stressful part of an upcoming move ended up being a very smooth and easy process thanks to their help. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

  Well taken care off storage, always dry, clean, no off smells. You can get anything you need in there, like boxes, locks, bubble wrap etc. It was our first time getting a storage unit, and after months we're still happy with it. Melisa, who helped us set up our account was very helpful and charming. The whole staff team is really nice. Recommend!

  Laurie and Melissa, in the office, are very kind and helpful. Thank you guys so much for your help and positivity. We really appreciated the breakdown of the price and making sure we understood throughout the process. The facility itself is very clean but it is close to capacity though so if you’re looking to rent I would start the process now. They are so friendly here, Laurie even remembers customers names and greets them in passing. Great place! Those gals in the office had us smiling and laughing and feeling very assured :)

  We are really happy with SmartStop on Dupont. Clean, secure facility, the app makes access simple, and the staff were helpful getting our unit set up. Exactly what we needed for business storage.

  Staff at this facility are absolutely psychotic. We just pulled in with our 20-ft moving truck a staff member came running out of the office screaming the word "NO!' repeatedly. When we tried to ask her what we've done or what we can do, she just kept repeating "NO!" instead of speaking to us. Eventually said " you're not parking here. You're too big get out now." I'm an experienced driver and mover, I have been driving the same truck everyday for years and it is 11'10. The signage on the building says the clearance is 12'6. I have also been here many times in the past and never had an issue. I don't know why today was different. After parking outside of the building, I went back in to try and have a conversation and ask why it is necessary to speak to people that way instead of just calmly explaining a situation, and at that point a different staff member started to yell at me telling me that my truck is taller than 10 ft and I am not allowed in because 10 ft is the limit even though the posted number on the outside says 12 and 1/2 ft Not only is this making it very inconvenient to work and more expensive for my client - when the loading zone is more than ample for our moderate truck, the angry, grating communication is absolutely unwarranted. What a miserable bullies. I am sure somewhere in the job description it says you should be making this place welcoming. Get it together. If some of the lockers here are bigger than the trucks they'll allow, and you're going to be berated for you patronage GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
