Just used Ellis Moving to make my move from Kitsilano to the North Shore. Could not have gone smoother. They laid down mats to not dirty my rug, I appreciate the extra care. Arrived on time and went right to work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Heart and attitude are everything when it comes to delivering great service. The Ellis Moving and Storage team was first class from my initial conversation when I stopped in unannounced to the last item being unloaded and placed in our new home. I had a horrible experience - we chose Ellis because they are known to understand coastal traffic and ferries. The crew themselves were great but the company made a mess of the ferry reservations and didn't leave enough time to actually finish the job. I even had to MAKE a ferry reservation for them so they could get back in time. The team is excellent but their back office needs to give their heads a shake. Also, they could use some communications advice about how they engage with these reviews.

From the initial estimate, to delivery of boxes and moving supplies to the guys on the job over a 2 day moving period, the team was personable, professional and good to work with. Strongly recommended. This is our 3rd time working with Ellis. If issues arise, as there will always be with moving, they are quick to find resolution and solve problems. Will work with them again, but kinda don't want to move for a while. :)
