Precious is the nicest person I have ever met. He was so helpful, gave me a wonderful tour of a beautifully clean building, answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. This review is for PRECIOUS! The day I walked in to I sign up for the storage till the day I vacated it, I found Precious to be very helpful, informative and patient throughout. While I waited for my turn, I observed Precious looking after 2 people ahead of me, while he was the only one available at the counter, with a smile, perfect mannerism, excellent etiquettes and was pleasant with everyone there. It’s how the employees treat customers with such care and no matter how difficult anyone is being, still being polite and kind is what Precious demonstrates. So grateful for all his guidance and support. I truly wish him the best in life! He’s a keeper!!!

Maria is absolutely amazing. My Lyft driver took off with my luggage and I'm flying in a few hours. I was so distraught that I couldn't even focus on what to do. Maria got me the customer service number and helped me with everything I needed, including keeping me hydrated. Carlo was also amazing. They made me feel like I was family through the 3 hour ordeal until my things were returned. It was a miracle. Thank you! 😊
