First time I went here I had a genuinely nice experience. But today I was mesmerized by the DHL guy raising voice on me and being irrational about my parcel. Zero interest in helping and attitude issues as well. I ended up in Canada post. I wont return.

Today, Friday Nov 14. I had an excellent experience at the DHL customer service counter thanks to the representative who assisted me. His knowledge of all DHL services was truly impressive—he explained the option clearly and helped me choose the best solution for my needs. He was extremely helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to come across someone with such professionalism and dedication to great service. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. DHL is lucky to have him on their team! Highly recommended.
