Surprisingly, AJ Self Storage has been the best costumer service experience of my life. The team made a small part of my move completely stress free. Very, very fair pricing and responsive staff. If you need self-storage in the Downtown Core / East End - this is the place to go.

I've been a customer for the past 8 years - when I rented the storage unit in 2017 I thought it would be for just a year or so! Anyways, I never had ONE issue here. The facility is always open so you can come/go as you please. The customer service in the office is top notch. I always felt safe when I attended at the unit. Highly recommend if you don't need climate controlled storage.

This place is great. I've had issues with other storage companies and this company has been the most reasonable best customer service Storage Company I've ever dealt with. I booked and paid for a unit and last minute needed to upsize that unit. They did not have any units available. They were courteous polite and helpful. They refunded my money in full and made sure that I received my refund. I really wish that they had units available the size that I needed or I would have get my belongings at this storage. Great service you'll will not be sorry if you choose to use this company

The kindest and most genuine staff. They were so helpful from selecting the right unit size to payment to even helping us get everything settled in. At the end of our term, they were super easy about us leaving, no extra hidden fees. It was such a pleasant experience, I'm actually looking forward to needing storage again 🤣
