The saga continues with this facility, which I strongly recommend staying away from at all costs. For over two weeks now, someone has parked a trailer with a hot tub propped on rollers directly beside a doorway, creating a clear safety hazard. No action has been taken in two weeks. We’ve been told that head office has been contacted, yet the situation remains unchanged. What a joke.

I had such an amazing experience at SmartStop Self Storage (19 Esandar Drive). From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The lady at the reception was absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, and made the whole process so smooth. The overall service was top-notch, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown. Great experience, and I would highly recommend!

Five star experience at Smart Stop Storage at 19 isander Drive. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. What really sets them apart is their staff. A huge thank you to Tia for providing outstanding personalized service. She is helpful, patient and truly cares about her customers. It's hard to find real, friendly service these days but Tia provides it in abundance. I always look forward to seeing her and I highly recommend renting here.
