This was my first time experience with Green Storage, and this location actually exceeded my expectations! The office and the storage facility are conveniently located and the staff - Michael and Mike are absolutely amazing. They have been extremely helpful and supportive, providing appropriate guidance and recommendations. I really appreciate the customer service. The unit is very well maintained, is spacious and even has shelving inside for more convenient storage. Highly recommended for all your storage needs in downtown Toronto. That said, as I am aware, this chain has multiple locations across GTA.

We’ve had a few storage units over the years. Of the 4 companies that we tried, Green Storage has been our best experience thus far. Their customer service is above excellent. They made it easy for us to move units as we slowly downsized content.

Had such a great experience at Green Storage! The staff were incredibly patient, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions and really tried to find the best option for my needs instead of just trying to sell me something. You can tell they truly care and always think from the customer’s perspective. Their kindness and professionalism made everything so much easier. Highly recommend if you’re looking for storage with amazing service!

We're looking for a storage for our stuff and green storage just within walking distance from our place. We were not sure which size locker for us and Mike showed us couple locker sizes which help us decide which is the best. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. Very much appreciated.

The storage process was much easier than I expected. The entry and exit system is practical and secure, so I was able to leave my belongings with peace of mind. The storage area is clean and well maintained. I had no hesitation when leaving my items. The flexible access hours are a big advantage. I can easily go and check on my belongings whenever I need to. The security measures are very good. Thanks to the camera system and access control, I feel completely at ease.
