  Joy Convenience truly lives up to its name in every way. The atmosphere is welcoming the moment you walk in, and the owner, who I believe is a younger gentleman, is extremely friendly, kind, and down to earth. He treats everyone who walks in with genuine respect, and you can really feel that positive energy in the store. This was my first time coming here to get my keys copied through Toronto Fob, which I believe operates out of the same location. The process was very quick and smooth. They have the proper machines on site, so you do not have to wait long at all. Everything was done efficiently, and the owner still took the time to make sure the keys were accurate, which I really appreciated. The keys worked perfectly. The pricing is very affordable at about $7 per key, which is much better than many other options nearby. I personally do not trust those automated key machines like Minute Key. They are expensive and often unreliable, and I prefer having my keys cut by someone who actually takes pride in their work. What really stood out to me was how the owner treats his customers. I watched him interact with several people while I was there, and he treated everyone like a friend rather than just another customer. You could tell people felt comfortable and happy being there, and it made complete sense why this place gets so much business and has such a loyal customer base. Joy Convenience truly has everything you might need in one stop. They offer lottery tickets, beer, cigarettes, snacks, passport photos, key cutting, and more. It is genuinely one of the best convenience stores I have been to, and I have visited many while running errands across the city. Even though I live about an hour and a half away, I go to school nearby every weekday, so I do not mind walking ten to fifteen minutes to come here for a lottery ticket or anything else I need. The prices are fair, the service is excellent, and the owner is humble and respectful, which makes a huge difference. I know many convenience stores are family run businesses, and while some are great, others can feel unwelcoming or entitled. That is absolutely not the case here. Customers are treated with kindness and respect, and that is why people keep coming back. I am truly grateful to have had my keys replaced here, and I highly recommend everyone check out Joy Convenience and Toronto Fob.

  I had a wonderful experience at this store! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. The shop is well-organized and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend checking them out!

  It’s a really good store for all your grocery needs. Though it’s a small shop, it has most of the Indian items you might be looking for—from snacks and drinks to daily essentials, sweets, and quick vegetables like onions and other fresh produce. They also offer parcel service, which makes it very convenient. A handy place to pick up everyday items quickly.

  I went there for passport photos and a copy of my fob. Everything was done within 10 minutes, and the customer service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable as well.

  Best place to get the fob coping and key cutting I saw the board outside of there store. Keys and FOB under 5 min!!! Dipit is very helpful!
