  We had the pleasure of working with Pete to find our first condo, and it couldn't have been better. He was always instantly available (even during Christmas time), super friendly and helpful, and not pushy at all. As first-time buyers, he took the time to teach us a lot. We appreciated his frankness, honesty, and knowledge, and he seemed very canny and strategic in negotiating a price for us. And at the end he even connected us with great inspectors, lawyers, handymen, etc., including discounts, and brought us a lovely bottle of Champagne! Overall, we can't recommend Pete enough.
