Very helpful staff. Friendly. Great service for Amazon or Fed Ex delivery pick-up. I’ve used them repeatedly since the QQ Penguin Pickup closed and the Canada Post strikes caused chaos with ordering online to Wards Island.

Avoid this location, the lady at the counter is quite rude. They are also falsely advertised, they do not accept QR codes for Fedex

It took me a while to finally locate this FedEx location. Luckily, one of the reviews mentioned "inside the store" so I got in. The staff was very smiley and helpful!
