I had a last minute move and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find an affordable storage unit in time. Thankfully, Grace, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to help me. She got everything set up quickly, and the entire process took less than 20 minutes from the moment I arrived. She also helped me take advantage of a great promotional deal, which made the experience even better. Grace’s professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful that everything worked out. Thank you, Grace, for the outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience with Public Storage in Liberty Village. I rented a locker for about two months and everything went smoothly without any issues. Eric and Andrew were very friendly and helpful when I first came in to get my locker set up. They made the whole process easy and stress-free.

My wife and I had a truly positive experience touring this storage facility. From the moment we arrived, Andrew made us feel welcomed and at ease. He took his time showing us the different storage options and patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. The facility itself is clean, well organized, and very well maintained. We left feeling confident and grateful for the experience. Highly recommend.

Clean, recently-built and accessible building with good seasonal promotion offer. Shout out to Eric who is very friendly and a wonderful help, showing around the building and available storage unit options. He patiently went through the full procedure and responded to all the questions we had. Great location for renting storage units!

I had a very disappointing experience with Andrew. I was simply asking questions because I needed information, which is exactly why customers ask staff for assistance in the first place. Instead of being helpful, he seemed annoyed and frustrated every time I asked something. Throughout the interaction, he repeatedly looked at me as if I was stupid for asking basic questions. At times, he wouldn’t even respond, forcing me to ask the same question twice just to get an answer. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customer service is about helping people and treating them with respect, but Andrew did neither. He made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions and acted as though helping customers was a burden. If you work in a customer-facing role, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected. Unfortunately, my experience with Andrew was the exact opposite.
