Had to return my work laptop, kept waiting for over 40 mins in -20 deg outside as door locked the person fled somewhere . The guy said sorry after coming back but it doesn’t compensate the pain we all had standing there . Also it was 3.30 pm on Friday, why to leave the place. God knows who runs multiple businesses in same time with they don’t have ppl to manage it correctly

go to a different location if you want a piece of mind. I got 1 return label from store I wanted to return to, but I had 2 boxes. When I came to the location, agent was kind to print a copy of my return label and I put it on 2nd box. Wouldnt you know it now 2nd package is lost, gone. Turned out I cant use same labels on 2 boxes. I dont understand why agent on the ground did not tell me I am not allowed to do it. I have been banging my head against the wall for the past 2 weeks trying to get my lost package with fedex - this location said "we just give it to drop-off" it is not our problem. You guys not just accept packages, but you are the 1st line of contact with fedex EVEN though you are just a "drop off location"

The attendant was lazy and unhelpful. He was asking for a shipping label and i kept on giving him paperwork saying they were commercial labels. There were two sets of steps to head inside the uhaul/fed ex retailer. This guy just stared at me as I struggled with my massive box I went to a different location and a friendly attendant pointed out to me that the shipping label i needed was on the box itself. This is not how you function as a business. Mind you, i got charged $20 from the green p app just to supposedly save time for my busy day of errands.

Had to return my modem to Rogers. At home, I put the modem in a box, taped it up. Didn't print a label because the email said it wasn't necessary, just show the associate the qr barcode in the email and that's it. When i got to FedEx, the service person scanned my QR code he said I had to pay $1 to tape the label on to the box. I thought he meant tape up the box (which I had already done). But he clarified, the charge was to tape the shipping label to the box. I was shocked.

Package lost denied receiving even though it was scanned as received with their own unique scanner. Didn’t get a signature. Very dishonest seeming Don’t trust ask fed ex to not leave package here avoid this place!!! If I could give a zero I would!!!
