Most of the staff at this location are friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with one staff member, Jeff, was quite different. I found him to be impatient and dismissive during our interactions, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Customer service is a key part of any business, and I felt that my concerns were not handled with the level of professionalism I would expect. We genuinely like this location and have had positive experiences with other staff members. However, our interactions with Jeff have been disappointing enough that we have decided to move elsewhere. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training, as it would greatly improve the overall experience for future customers.

My sister and I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Apple Self Storage, downtown Toronto this past weekend, and I can’t say enough good things- especially about Jeff. From the moment we arrived, Jeff was kind, patient, and genuinely understanding, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free (a rare gem in customer service!). Jeff personally showed us multiple storage units so we could choose the one best that suited our needs, never rushing us and happily answering every question along the way (and trust me…my sister had a ton. lol). He also gave clear, step-by-step instructions on accessing the facility, including how to use the elevators and lifts, as well as after-hours access, making everything feel straightforward and secure. But that’s not all! Jeff took the time to thoroughly review the terms and conditions explaining everything clearly and thoroughly - no fine-print anxiety here. He managed to make the entire process both informative and enjoyable with his perfect balance of professionalism and wit. The storage units were spacious, clean and well-maintained, and it was reassuring to see plenty of cameras and surveillance throughout the facility which really adds to the sense of safety and peace of mind. If customer service had a hall of fame, Jeff would be in it! Apple Self Storage, downtown Toronto is lucky to have him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for storage units with excellent security, cleanliness, and truly outstanding customer service. Jeff, my crazy sister and I can’t thank you enough for turning a routine task into a genuinely great experience! You are awesome! 👏🏾 😊

Although the ladies in the office were fabulous and very helpful, the actual building itself is run down.The fact that there are only two loading bays and they don't regulate who stays parked for how long it's next to impossible to get in and it's a first come for serve situation. Horrible horrible loading experience.
