Purchased a detached house in Port Moody through Ron after being referred to by McKay Wood Mortgage Broker, moving from another province. He went himself to do a remote viewing prior to an in-person viewing. He dealt with tenancy situations, difficult negociations and more. Ron and his teams were amazing throughout the whole process. From showings to signature, he really helped with a complex transaction and is always readily available. The team is also well connected with a network of highly professionnal trades, which makes it much easier. If you have a home to purchase in the Vancouver area, I would not recommend anyone else.

We found Ron Parpara and the Vancouver Properties Group via a Google search and are very glad that we did. We had an excellent experience working with them. As out-of-town buyers, we live in Colorado, we needed a team we could trust to help us evaluate properties remotely, and Ron’s team made the entire process much easier than we expected. We looked at places in Olympic Village, Coal Harbor, downtown, and Kitsilano Beach. They arranged and handled tons of virtual showings for us, helped us understand the different areas we were considering, and gave us honest and helpful feedback about the listings we viewed. We especially appreciated that they helped steer us away from overpriced properties and buildings that may not have been the right fit. That kind of local knowledge was incredibly valuable since we were not able to be there in person for every showing. Ron found a great place in Kitsilano for us and when we came into town for the inspection, we were able to view the property in person and felt much more comfortable because of all the work the team had already done with us virtually. The process was convenient, professional, and very well organized from start to finish. Ron and his team helped sell my 3-bedroom apartment in False Creek at a time when the market was seriously underperforming. After our listing had been active for a couple of months with good interest but no offers, they came to the table with some new ideas to help reinvigorate our listing. Shortly after re-listing we received a lot more interest which ultimately led to a successful sale. Throughout the process Ron and Jordan were very professional, provided a lot of great market insight, and worked closely with their team to ensure we were well-informed about how our listing was performing.
