I used Zap for the first time and was impressed. I had a last minute delivery request on New Year’s Eve and they made it an stress-free experience. Very accommodating, reliable and friendly customer service.

Paid for courier service of a few small parts for my auto business from a location downtown to a location in north york. Was told I would receive it no later than 4pm the same day. I called at 5pm because my package still hadn't arrived, was treated very rudely on the phone as they insisted that the delivery was already complete. I explained rather adamantly that I had not yet received my package and had no reason to lie. They told me to keep waiting as "sometimes the courier marks it delivered by accident". I told them I couldn't stay past 6pm so I will just call them the next day. I called the next afternoon and they acted like they've never even heard of me! Had to fish out my order number and blah blah blah (despite dealing with the exact same person) before they finally begrudgingly acknowledged I had an issue. In the end they refunded my service fee but I never got the package. Avoid Zap Courier/Roadrunners at all costs, the money you might save isn't worth the hassle!

I had a non- typical delivery request and Annette and her delivery person went above and beyond my expectations. I was very happy with the service.

Would recommend using them over other couriers. I’ve used 3 other couriers in the past for deliveries and I was so disappointed with the service. I started using zap 6 months ago and I now use them for all my same day delivery and never an issue. Always super friendly, and accommodating even on short notice !

Paula is incredible. I had to redirect a package at the last moment and she was very helpful and changed the address, contacted the driver immediately and she emailed a new waybill to me. I'm very impressed with her outstanding customer service! Thank you.
