The person who helped us, Alpha, was amazing! Outstanding customer service. This was my first time renting a storage unit, and everything was explained clearly. All my questions were answered thoroughly. The storage facility looks new, uses special locks on all units, and is very well maintained. The place is clean, secure, and equipped with cameras throughout. Highly recommend!

I’m not happy with the service. You require customers to complete everything online, but once the unit is rented and paid for, you still require us to come to the office during hours that are impossible for me due to my work schedule. As a result, I now have a rented unit that I cannot access. This situation is very frustrating, and I would appreciate a solution that can be handled online or outside of regular office hours.
