Living next to SmartStop Self Storage is difficult. We deal with noise at all hours, yelling, and trucks idling for hours on end, especially on Sunday mornings. Trash is constantly dumped into the tree line at the south end of the property. I wish the facility had more respect for the local community.

Unacceptable experience. Our unit was clearly affected by a rodent infestation, with droppings throughout and even dead mice in common areas. This was not an isolated issue but a broader sanitation problem, and no notice was given to tenants. We only discovered it by chance and had to act immediately, rent a vehicle, vacate the unit, and now spend considerable time cleaning and checking all of our belongings. What is most disappointing is the response from management. After raising serious concerns, the only compensation offered was a one month rent refund, which does not come close to covering the cost, time, or disruption involved. Overall, a deeply frustrating experience and a lack of accountability. Consider other options if cleanliness and communication matter to you.

This place really stood out to me because of the multiple entrances, which made loading and unloading very efficient. The staff were accommodating and easy to deal with, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Definitely a solid option if you need reliable storage during a move.
