It’s not working 24/7. It’s closed on the weekends and after 5:00pm on weekdays. If you’re not an employee of the CF building, they won’t let you in to use the drop box.

So this is the entrance you have to call the guards incase the entrance is closed There is a number given at the main door so you just call them and they would let you in

On the map it says it is open 24 hours and 7 days but I was there on Sunday and I couldn't enter the building and the entrance was locked, it looks like it is an office building and it is open just in office hours, definitely not weekend, I asked the security guy near the building and he said you are the fourth person come here to drop and can not
